Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your prepared parcel to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup according to the instructions on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
